I am an licensed therapist in Maryland who is dedicated to helping clients heal from trauma, navigate relationship issues, as well as managing symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Welcome! I am Trini-American, first generation college graduate and proud Bowie State University alumna. I have a lax/laid back approach to to meeting clients where they are during vulnerable and challenging times. I work with adults between the ages of 18 and 35. If you're feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—struggling in relationships, battling self-doubt, or carrying the weight of unresolved childhood wounds—you're not alone. Many young adults reach a point where the coping strategies that once helped them survive are now holding them back from fully living.
