I work with survivors of abuse who may carry invisible burdens such as chronic anxiety, depression, flashbacks, difficulty trusting others, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I also specialize in supporting immigrant, first, and second-generation immigrant clients as they navigate cultural transitions, identity, and belonging.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Dandelions Counseling Services. My journey in counseling profession has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences. I hold two Master’s degrees—one in Social Work from India and another in Counseling from Houston, TX. This path has given me the ability to approach mental health through both a compassionate, person-centered lens and a strong clinical, research-informed framework. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, complex trauma, and individuals adjusting to the challenges of immigration and cultural transition. These experiences have taught me not only the depth of human suffering, but also the extraordinary resilience people carry—even when they don’t see it in themselves. I provide a trauma-informed space where you may be carrying a lot of pain, stress, loneliness, anxiety, worry that is impacting your daily life and relationships with your loved ones. In this safe pace, your healing can happen at your pace. Together, we can work through painful experiences using approaches like EMDR, while also building tools that help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
