About me

I am a licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist in Ohio. Specializing in couples issues, family, or individual sessions, offering brief, solution focused interventions. I can assist in getting you on the right path, access strengths you already possess, and find your joy again!
My career started with ten years of investigating child sexual abuse. My therapeutic roles have varied, as a community mental health therapist, a school-based therapist, and psychiatric hospital therapist for adults struggling with SPMI and addiction. I finally settled in private practice in 2020.
Couples therapy is often aimed at communication issues, infidelity, or lack of intimacy. I provide specialized couples therapy as a private-pay service at $150 per session. I provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. My approach is IMFT-informed, focusing on attachment, communication, and conflict resolution and repair.
