I am a seasoned Spiritual Psychotherapist & Counselor supporting people of all ages to heal trauma, move through life transitions, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, anxiety, low self-esteem and depression and many other life challenges to find inner peace, self-love, a deep sense of well-being and life purpose.

I have been counseling people from all walks of life for the past 40+ years. My approach is compassionate, loving, and spiritual. I create a safe and sacred healing space for you to heal all that ails your soul, be it grief, loss, depression, anxiety, abandonment, trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, relationship and/or family issues, existential crisis, lack of direction, life purpose and finding greater spiritual meaning in your life. I also help people move through life transitions such as: marriage, divorce, career change, new parenthood, parenting, menopause, relocation, illness, aging or starting a new life etc.

I am devoted to helping my clients feel supported, seen and heard, and free to express their true and authentic self. My goal is to help them heal the past, become empowered in the present, and to find inner peace, forgiveness and deep self-love, so they can create the life and healthy relationships they long for. To move from surviving to thriving.

I also help my clients resolve inner conflicts, retrieve and heal lost parts of their soul, get to know and honor their deeper feelings and the different aspects of themselves so they can feel whole. I support them to work with their inner masculine and feminine aspects and to experience the sacred marriage within, and to find the deeper meaning in their dreams.

I have a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology that included in-depth study of Humanistic and Jungian Depth Psychology. I also have a background in astrology and many holistic healing modalities that I integrate into my sessions based on each persons needs, this may include: past-life regression therapy, flower essence therapy, meditation and mindfulness, dream-work as well as Emotional Freedom Technique and other psycho-spiritual modalities that help my clients greatly.

For the past 30+ years I have specialized in women's issues, helping empower women and supporting them to honor the sacred feminine within. I have worked in a battered women's shelter, a rape crisis center, women's counseling center and in a sexual abuse treatment program. I have been in private practice since 1986, and full time since 1995 in California, New Mexico, Maine and Arizona. For the past 5 years I have worked remotely.

During these past 30 years I have also facilitated women's spirituality groups and rites of passage ceremonies.
