About me
I’m a psychologist and divorce specialist who works with individuals, couples, and families, and I’m especially passionate about helping women navigate emotional and narcissistic abuse - particularly in high-conflict relationships and divorce. I’m deeply committed to helping my clients find their footing, protect themselves, and move forward with strength, resilience, and a renewed sense of confidence through some of life’s most difficult transitions
I’ve spent close to 40 years in the mental health field, and over 30 years as a psychologist, helping people navigate some of the most difficult and overwhelming times in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I offer therapy, coaching, online courses and resources, and mediation through my fully virtual practice, serving clients in 43 states.
While I support a wide range of concerns, I specialize in helping women who are dealing with emotional or narcissistic abuse - especially in high-conflict relationships and divorce. These situations can feel confusing, isolating, and at times even unreal. You may find yourself questioning what’s happening, feeling off balance, or unsure of how to protect yourself and move forward. That’s where I come in.
My approach is both compassionate and practical. I help you understand what you’re dealing with, while also giving you tools and strategies to manage the emotional impact, navigate the complexities of the situation, and make thoughtful, grounded decisions. I often integrate therapeutic work with real-world guidance, especially when legal or co-parenting challenges are involved.
I’m also a divorce mediator, parenting coordinator, and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, and I bring that additional perspective into my work when it’s helpful. My goal is to help you feel more steady, more supported, and more in control - even when things around you feel anything but.
Whether you’re trying to make sense of your relationship, considering your options, or already in the middle of a difficult transition, you don’t have to go through it alone.
