I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical ways to manage stress, communicate your needs, and establish healthier boundaries. I value understanding what’s beneath the difficulties you’re experiencing and helping you make changes that carry into everyday life.
