About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in treating an array of difficulties and patients across the lifespan.
Pain and hardship are a universal and inescapable part of life. However, confronting our challenges and fears can provide the opportunity for self-discovery, personal growth, and transformation. I deeply respect the strength and courage required to seek counseling and believe that developing a trusting, authentic relationship with my clients creates the foundation of therapy. I endeavor to create a safe, non-judgmental space in which I help clients harness strengths, build new skills, and create a path for personal growth and insight. I tailor treatment to the individual needs and goals of each person and value a collaborative approach. Additionally, I utilize empirically supported, integrative techniques to identify barriers and obstacles to change, develop and utilize coping tools to address maladaptive behavior patterns, and motivate you to reach your goals in the development of relational and life satisfaction.
