About me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in children and adolescents. I am trained in a coping and calming skill called Heartmath to learn how to keep the mind and body in sync.
I want to help couples and families reconnect. Through a strengths-based framework, our work together creates an environment for each individual to feel heard, in sync, and stronger on their own path. I specialize in working with families with challenging children and acting out adolescents. Building a solid connection in your family is possible, and I’d love to facilitate that journey with you. I have recently graduated from Northcentral University with my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. My BA is from Kaplan University Psychology- Child Development.
