About me
I am a seasoned licensed mental health counselor with an office in West Bridgewater, MA. I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults cope with anxiety, trauma, depression , and grief., including complicated mourning. I have the designation Fellow in Thanatology which is a world-wide designation for grieving families. I am licensed in MA and accept many insurances.
You may meet with me in-person at 120 West Center Street, suite 102, unit 15 West Bridgewater, MA. When you enter my office, you will find a comfortable waiting room where you may be seated. I have a comfortable large office where people of all ages may meet with me. I take a CBT approach , but I also specialize in psychological trauma, with techniques from gentle reprocessing, EMDR, flash, Emotional Freedom Technique and the Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT). I have a large playroom for play therapy. Theraplay is also available.Telehealth is available when needed for which I will send a link to you if you would like it.
