About me
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, deepen emotional intimacy, explore identity and sexuality, and build authentic, fulfilling connections in a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space.
I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for who we are. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can explore their experiences without fear of judgment.
With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate relational trauma, attachment wounds, communication difficulties, intimacy concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in the ways our past experiences shape our relationships, emotional patterns, and sense of self.
My therapeutic approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we can explore the stories and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop greater self-awareness, and create meaningful changes that align with your values and goals.
I am committed to providing culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-aware, and sex-positive care. I welcome diverse identities, relationship structures, and expressions of sexuality, including consensual non-monogamy and polyamory. I approach these experiences with curiosity, respect, and an understanding that there is no single right way to experience love, connection, or intimacy.
Beyond my clinical background, my 20 years as a professional dancer have shaped my appreciation for creativity, cultural diversity, self-expression, and the connection between our emotional experiences and sense of identity.
Above all, I strive to create an authentic therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered to explore your challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life and relationships that feel genuinely fulfilling.
You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes, the most meaningful change starts with simply having a space where you can show up as yourself.
