My experience includes focusing on the key issues of Anger, Depression, Neglect, Bullying, ODD, and Substance Abuse. I provide psychotherapy sessions to clients that are dealing with various diagnosis (Anxiety, ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Substance Abuse). I facilitate group sessions, dealing with Trauma, Grief/Loss, Coping skills and Co-Occurring Disorders. I use Cognitive-Behavior, Person Centered, DBT and Religious Cognitive Emotional Therapy. I do integrate other theoretical orientations on a case-by-case basis. I am empathic and supportive, yet direct. I promote excellence in the provision of treatment, evaluation, and training. I take pride in promoting integrity, accuracy, honesty, and truthfulness.
Horizons Health & Wellness Center is an outpatient mental health clinic, and we provide Medication Management, Assessments, Intense Outpatient Program (IOP), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Adult and Minor's. We also have a team of therapist specializing in children psychiatry, trauma, couples counseling, grief, and loss.
