I am highly experienced at providing counseling and coaching services to individuals, couples, non-traditional families, neurodivergent folx, and anyone who is looking to step up to personal stardom and get great results. I specialize in working with people who are very smart and live at the edge of 'normal'.

I focus on strengthening one's relationship with self and others through the practical use of neuroscience and emotional intelligence. This applies to handling life transitions, understanding and managing anxiety and other seemingly unruly emotions, and turning trauma outcomes into superpowers. Prior to entering the mental health and coaching fields, I spent many years in technology as a QA engineer, course developer, corporate facilitator, and college professor. I now leverage those experiences to coach individuals, especially women, to be purpose-driven leaders that know their own worth. I believe in giving back to the community through participation in community organizations. Currently, I hold board positions with the Washington State Mental Health Association and Seattle Choruses and am in my 17th year as a singing member of the Seattle Women's Chorus.
