I am highly experienced in providing counseling and coaching services to individuals, couples, non-traditional families, neurodivergent folx, and people looking to step up to personal stardom and get great results. My specialty is working with very smart people who live at the edge of 'normal.'

I focus on strengthening one's relationship with self and others through the practical use of neuroscience and emotional intelligence. This applies to handling life transitions, understanding and managing anxiety and other seemingly unruly emotions, and turning trauma outcomes into superpowers. Before entering the mental health and coaching fields, I spent many years in technology as a software QA engineer, course developer, corporate facilitator, and college professor. Now I leverage those experiences to coach individuals, especially women, to be purpose-driven leaders who know their worth.


I believe in giving back to the community through participation in community organizations. Previously, I held a board position with the Washington State Mental Health Association. Currently, I serve on the board of directors for Seattle Choruses and chair their DEI committee. I am proudly celebrating my 19th season as a singing member of the Seattle Women's Chorus.
