Debi Daniel, Marriage and Family Therapy Resident
Charlottesville, VA
Online & In-Person
About me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy resident who enjoys working with clients seeking personal growth within themselves and their relationships. I’ve always aspired to help individuals and families resolve their conflicts, and becoming a therapist felt like a natural calling. I’ve worked with many diverse groups of people in various settings such as schools, work, and within the community. I also bring a multicultural perspective from my African upbringing, and love working with members of multicultural communities.
I enjoy working with couples, adults, and adolescents. I have specialized training in managing anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, relationship issues, and trauma. I enjoy working with clients through trauma-informed, Dialectical Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy lenses.
