I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas with 5 years of professional work experience in person and telehealth. I have experience in helping with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem/self-worth, lack of confidence, depressive symptoms, adjustment to life stressors, skill building, and chemical dependency. As a clinician I am the passenger to your therapeutic change, I work with you where you are in your life to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and unconditional regard. It takes courage to take steps towards making a change in your life, allowing someone into your life, sharing your life experience, and reaching out for support.
