About me
You’re at a Crossroads. Life Is Asking You to Become Someone New.
Maybe you’re starting an intense new job. Maybe you relocated across the country and nothing feels familiar. Maybe you’re a parent overwhelmed by the pressure to do it all. Maybe you’re reinventing yourself after retirement, or sending your child off to college, or just stepping into a new chapter and realizing you don’t know how to navigate it.
The problem isn’t that you’re weak or broken. The problem is that transitions shake everyone, even the most capable people. And we don’t teach anyone how to move through them with intention and grace.
You need someone who gets it. Someone who won’t just listen passively, but will actually challenge you to push past the beliefs holding you back. Someone who’s lived through their own major transitions and can walk alongside you without judgment—only warm respect and the courage to push you forward.
I’ve spent over 25 years helping adults navigate life’s biggest transitions—college, early career, marriage, parenthood, empty nest, retirement, relocation. I work with clients in my Denver office and via telehealth across Colorado, Michigan, and Illinois (I have deep roots in Ann Arbor and still work closely with the University of Michigan community).
My approach:
I blend practical tools (how to manage anxiety, build communication skills, develop coping strategies) with deeper exploration (what patterns are playing out? Who do you actually want to become?). I’m warm and respectful, but I’m also gently challenging because real growth happens when you push past what feels safe.
I’m licensed in Colorado, Michigan, and Illinois. My hybrid practice means I see clients in my Denver office (North Cherry Creek) or via telehealth wherever you are.
Here’s what happens when you work with me:
You stop just surviving and start intentionally choosing. You build both internal strength and external support systems. You develop confidence that you can figure out whatever comes next. And crucially, you learn how to honor the endings so you can fully embrace the beginnings.
Your pace. Your direction. I always tell clients: you have one foot on the gas and one foot on the brakes. You control the pace.
