About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor passionate about helping adolescents, adults and families identify solutions to difficult challenges in their lives. I have an integrative and holist client-centered approach and I am also a certified clinical trauma professional.
Whatever obstacles and struggles you may be facing in life; I consider it a privilege to help you deal with them. My goal is to help you look at options, identify solutions that work for you and help you to discover your true potential to create life as you want it to be. I see each individual and their situation as unique, there is no "quick-fix" or "one-size-fits all" solution. I take a collaborative approach to help you successfully work through the challenges you are now facing. Starting no, you can begin a brand-new journey toward a more positive path for yourself - one that is filled with growth, wellbeing, acceptance, and empowerment. Everyone has a narrative that has brought them to today - are you ready to change your story?
