Are you struggling right now? Are you feeling discouraged or hopeless? Whether its trauma, faith crisis, depression/anxiety, difficult relationships, or problems with pornography, there is hope and healing! I believe that all of these struggles are opportunities in disguise and that every person is given the very challenges that can lead to the highest growth. I love my work helping people find their unique path of healing. Or maybe you want to improve your life or your relationships so that you get more out of life or that you become more of who you are.
I use a person centered, attachment based, mindful approach to therapy with a specific focus on client strengths and positive psychology. My goal is to make therapy a safe place to help clients explore, heal, and change their lives and relationships into something happier and healthier. I take a mind-body-spirit approach that might include working directly with the body using dietary changes, yoga, exercise, and meditation practice. Or it may include a spiritual or existential focus. My goal is to customize towards the needs of my clients in a more comprehensive way.
