About me
I’ve been a Therapist for over 15 years and during that time I have noticed that many of my patients had major life transitions that they never quite got past. I believe we are all unique due to genetics, environment, experiences, socializing, spirituality, and the ways our minds work. It is my desire to help people navigate the journeys of their lives!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). I specialize in helping people deal with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, anger management, substance abuse, life transitions, abuse (emotional, physical, sexual, verbal), and trauma/PTSD. Unique issues I have experience with are cancer, suicide, adoption, LGBTQ+ transitions, HIV+, and school specific struggles. I provide counseling services to people of all ages in my office in Ontario, NY and via Teletherapy over the phone and online video sessions. I offer free initial consultations to make sure I understand your goals and to give you an idea of what sessions with me will be like!
