About me
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, and burnout through mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-based support.
Hi, I'm Dawn, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist offering in-person and online therapy for individuals in California experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, caregiver stress, and overwhelm. Whether you're feeling emotionally drained, navigating a significant change, or simply seeking space to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to offer grounded, compassionate support.
My approach integrates mindfulness-based therapy, self-compassion practices, and values-focused support to help you reduce anxiety, set boundaries, and gain clarity. I often work with individuals who feel like they’re “holding it all together” for everyone else while neglecting their own needs. Together, we create space to breathe, reflect, and rebuild from a place of intention.
Clients appreciate that I offer a calm, nonjudgmental presence and tools that can be used in everyday life. Whether you’re experiencing work-related burnout, caregiving stress, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, our work together can help you feel more centered, clear, and supported.
I provide virtual therapy throughout California as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#153808), practicing under the licensed supervision of Nicole Carson, LMFT (#99765). If you’re looking for a therapist who values presence, authenticity, and emotional wellness, I’d be honored to support you on your path.
