I’m Dawn Lotti, LCSW, founder of Grounded Heart Therapy to create a space where real, lasting change is possible—beyond symptom management and into deep emotional healing. I specialize in working with people navigating recovery from sexual addiction, as well as individuals struggling with trauma, body image, betrayal, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck, isolated, or disconnected from themselves.

My approach is integrative and experiential, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, and Psychodrama. I don’t believe healing happens through insight alone—our work goes deeper, helping you understand the “why” behind your patterns while actively reshaping how you relate to yourself and others.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer a structured 10-week Men’s Recovery Group designed to foster accountability, connection, and meaningful change in a small, supportive environment.

Clients often come to me when they’re ready to stop cycling through the same struggles and start doing the deeper work. My role is to meet you with clarity, compassion, and directness—so you can move forward with greater self-trust, emotional resilience, and authenticity.
