About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With several years of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and a range of complex emotional concerns including eating disorders, addiction, and self-esteem struggles.
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported—not judged. I create a safe, affirming space where we can explore what's weighing on you, whether that's communication difficulties, feelings of isolation, guilt, shame, or questions about your life's direction and purpose.
I'm particularly passionate about helping clients cultivate self-love and forgiveness, both toward themselves and others. I work with social anxiety and phobias using evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and pace.
My role is to walk alongside you with genuine care and curiosity, honoring your strengths while helping you move toward meaningful change. Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
