As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I aim to foster a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I have a passion for working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, identity development, and LGBTQIAP populations.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, warmth, and honesty while providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking positive change in their lives. I use evidence-based treatments to tailor to each your unique needs and provide interventions that are supportive, unbiased, and culturally competent. It is my passion to help others find the courage they didn’t know they had and witness the personal transformation that comes with healing. Therapy can be challenging, but the techniques and coping skills that can come from it are invaluable!
