With 30 years of behavioral health experience, I am here to support you. At DWC & Wellness, it is our goal to provide tailored care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, burnout, stress and substance use/abuse support, using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma-Informed Care and mindfulness. Telehealth, evenings and weekends available. I help clients create real and lasting change through self-understanding, empowerment, and practical action.
My work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, leadership stress, workplace demands, relationship conflict, self-esteem, and life transitions—with a strong specialization in supporting substance use, misuse, harm-reduction, and recovery journeys. Confidential care for healthcare professionals.
My clinical approach includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused treatment.
My career spans multiple levels of care and diverse populations, including 13 years at Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital in Connecticut and 8 years within the UCHealth system in Colorado. I am licensed in both Connecticut and Colorado, providing virtual therapy and telehealth appointments. I also offer evening and weekend availability to better fit demanding schedules.
With these career experiences, I work extensively with healthcare professionals, caregivers, medical providers, mentors, students, and leaders who carry the weight of caring for others.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide Life Coaching, professional consultation, career and leadership development support, and family education to help navigate complex or strained relationships.
This is a judgment-free, flexible, and confidential environment built for real progress. If you’re ready to reduce stress, strengthen self-worth, heal from trauma, or support your recovery, book your first session—change can start today.
