He pursued theological studies at Franciscan University of Steubenville and later earned a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Albany, NY, solidifying his commitment to serving others.

• Parsons Child and Family Center (Northern Rivers): For 14 years, David provided critical support to vulnerable children and families, progressing from Child Care Worker II to supervising supervisors. He developed expertise in crisis intervention, program development, and navigating complex systems (legal, educational, social services).
• Rejoyce All People & BetterHelp: David has also run his own practice, Rejoyce All People, and has been contracted with BetterHelp, demonstrating his commitment to accessible and effective therapy.
