About me
I have 25 years experience working successfully with clients, across the lifespan, who need help managing and developing coping strategies for mental health and substance use disorders, adjustment issues, and other complexities in life.
My warm, calming manner facilitates rapport building, and establishing a therapeutic relationship with clients, based on mutual trust. As a caring, empathic therapist, I create a safe environment which leads to successful results in treatment. I use a person-centered, collaborative approach which is evidenced-based and tailored to the individual, their presenting issues, and challenges. I enjoy working with adults and children, as individuals, couples, and families. Empowering clients with the tools and strategies to achieve their goals, while navigating life's challenges, is the ultimate goal of my practice.
