About me
I am a qualified therapist, accredited with the NCPS . I have nine years’ experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem and low self-confidence, procrastination, lack of motivation.
I also helped many people who have experienced emotional abuse, affairs and betrayals, separation and divorce.
I have developed a particular interest in Highly Sensitive People and working with parents of Highly Sensitive Children.
For any prospective clients from the EU, I only counsel in English; I do speak French, German, Dutch, Italian, to varying levels and have an extensive knowledge of the history, culture and geography of the continent, and have lived in several European countries.
I am a warm, integrative therapist and call upon my knowledge of several theories, including Person-centred therapy of Carl Rogers, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, Existentialism, and CBT, applying them seamlessly in a way that fits your needs.
If you are reading this, you have already taken some courageous steps to seek out help.
If you take the next step in my direction, I will be there to support you, empower you, and help you explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions; to make any changes you wish on the way to a more fulfilling and happy life.
