About me
My practice is grounded in the belief that each individual's path is distinct, and I am dedicated to helping you navigate the challenges and opportunities along the way. I provide psychotherapeutic support for a wide range of life concerns, whether you are struggling with issues of anxiety, ADHD, mild depressive symptoms, or transitions of life, I might be a good fit for you. My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, respect, and clinical expertise. I tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I work with youth and adults.
In addition to psychotherapy, I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to help you gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement. Assessment services include evaluations for school-based independent evaluations, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, learning disorders/dyslexia and dyscalculia, as well as giftedness and career planning.
