About me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re capable of more but can’t quite get there, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with children, teens, college students, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression to build clarity, confidence, and practical tools that work in daily life. Whether it’s improving focus, managing overthinking, building routines, or feeling more in control emotionally, our work is collaborative and focused on meaningful, real-world change.
I also have experience working with artists, musicians, and other creative individuals who may be balancing the demands of their craft with school, work, relationships, performance pressures, self-doubt, or the challenge of maintaining structure while nurturing creativity. In addition, I bring a strong understanding of how people think, learn, and function, which can be especially helpful for ADHD and executive functioning challenges.
Online services available statewide.
Do you feel overwhelmed no matter how hard you try to keep up? Are you constantly behind, overthinking everything, or wondering why simple tasks feel so hard? I know what that’s like: the mental noise, the pressure to do more, and the frustration of feeling stuck. Living with ADHD, anxiety, or depression can be exhausting, and you don’t have to face it alone. With the right support and practical tools, things can get easier, and together we can work toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.
The tools I use in therapy are ones I’ve developed over years of working with children, teens, college students, and adults who felt overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade as a school psychologist helping people better understand how they learn, think, and cope. That experience shaped my approach: practical, thoughtful, and focused on what actually works in everyday life.
I also have experience working with artists, musicians, and other creative individuals. Creative minds often bring unique strengths, but they can also face challenges related to focus, self-doubt, perfectionism, motivation, performance anxiety, burnout, and balancing creativity with the demands of daily life. Whether you're pursuing your craft professionally or simply trying to make space for creativity, therapy can help you find a healthier balance and reconnect with what inspires you.
My goal is for you to leave therapy with tools you can use anywhere. Not complicated theories, but practical strategies to help you focus, calm your mind, manage emotions, improve relationships, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. We build these tools together, at your pace, in ways that fit your life.
My style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-focused. We won't just talk about what's hard. We'll work together to understand what's getting in the way and develop meaningful solutions that create lasting change.
I offer online therapy throughout Michigan, so you can access support no matter where you live, along with weekday and evening appointments and limited in-person availability.
