About me

Practical and compassionate therapy for depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, and life transitions.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and challenged to grow at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe meaningful change comes from both understanding yourself and taking practical steps forward. My approach is collaborative, authentic, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of coping, and build the skills needed to create lasting change—not just temporary relief.

I work with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. My work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, while recognizing that no two people experience life the same way.

I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and genuine human connection. Therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out before you begin—it simply requires a willingness to take the first step. Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, heal from difficult experiences, or build a more fulfilling life, I'm here to help.
