About me
I am an independently licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Arizona with over 10 years of professional counseling experience. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples who are navigating addiction recovery, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am also experienced in LGBTQIA+ affirming care and executive/professional coaching.
My therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to help clients build practical skills, gain insight, and develop healthier patterns in their daily lives.
I am passionate about helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional connection—whether working through conflict, recovering from infidelity, or growing together through life’s stressors. I provide a supportive space where both partners can feel respected, heard, and valued.
I believe healing happens through compassion, empowerment, and collaboration. Taking the first steps toward therapy is a sign of courage and hope. I am here to walk alongside you as you work toward a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling future—personally and in your relationships.
