I am an experienced Clinical Counselor and High Performance Coach who is dedicated to helping my clients, regardless of what problem(s) or issue(s) they present, discover their greatest potential and live their most successful life.

I received my clinical license 1998 and have been practicing in the mental health field field ever since. I have worked in out-patient clinics, residential treatment centers, and private practice during my career. I became trained as a high performance coach in 2017 and integrate those skills in my practice. Since 2013 I have been in private practice full time and provide mental health assessment, risk assessment, treatment, and coaching to various populations raging from adolescence to adults, individuals to couples and families, as well as groups. I have specialized training in trauma informed therapies, problematic sexual behaviors to include sex addiction and sexual offending behaviors, hypnotherapy, mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, and various self-regulation therapies. For those interested in high performance coaching, I have been trained in The NeuroChange Method as Practitioner and Transendence, Robbins-Madanes Training (RMT), Mindvalley Coaching, and various other coaching models.
