About me
You are welcome here just as you are—as an individual, couple, or family. Together, we can explore trauma, grief, anger, anxiety, loneliness, guilt/shame, financial therapy, codependency, and relationship patterns in individual, group, or workshop settings, allowing you to move at your own pace with respect, safety, emotional truth, and validation.
Sometimes you may notice that something inside you hurts, but you cannot quite explain why. You may notice tension in your body, repeat arguments you wish would stop, or feel disconnected even around people you love. You may have talked about your struggles and still feel there is more you want to understand.
The truth is, you don’t have to understand every feeling before asking for support. If anxiety, trauma, abandonment, codependency, grief, betrayal, relationship struggles, and other concerns have left you tense, disconnected, or finding it difficult to feel safe and at peace, I offer a caring space where your story and feelings can be heard, respected, felt, and honored. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing without pressure to have the right words.
I help individuals, couples, and families explore these concerns, along with communication issues, financial patterns, and difficulties with trust. Through Intuitive Experiential Therapy (IET), we pay attention to what your words, feelings, and body language, including movements, may be expressing, especially when they seem to convey different messages. Together, we can explore the patterns and feelings beneath your tension and ways to understand and release what you carry.
We work at your pace to create a more balanced therapeutic experience. The work may include conversation, role-playing, physical and emotional movement, emotional expression, and other experiences guided by your needs and comfort. You have a voice in the process, including the choice to pause or decline any exercise. There is room for laughter as well as tears, and for your feelings to be heard, respected, and honored for a more rounded therapeutic experience.
Whether through individual counseling, groups, workshops, or intensives, I welcome the opportunity to support you as you move toward greater peace, emotional freedom, and meaningful connection. If this approach feels right for you, I welcome you to reach out.
