About me
Holistic counseling that deeply believes that we can all mend our brokenness and find the gold and the beauty in what we once may have avoided .
I am a holistic therapist that honors and cherishes your innate inner potential and possibility. I have worked with individuals, couples, parents, and families that are not experiencing their deepest aspirations and desires. Through an integrative holistic approach to therapy, you can be reminded of and accept your innate ability to realize your infinite potential and unimaginable possibility. This allows you to overcome the barriers that hinder living the life you desire. The holistic approach is an existential strengths based approach that works through mind, body, and spirit to gently guide you toward acceptance and recognition of your innate ability.
Suffering arrives in innumerable guises: stress, anxiety, depression, behavior problems, interpersonal conflict, confusion, despair, loss, or grief. These are all part of the human condition and the causes may include past conditioning, present circumstance, genetic predispositions, and any number of interacting factors.
The process of healing means that we need to embrace the invitation to uncover the deeply entrenched defenses and habits that separate you from the peace, harmony, joy, and happiness you are. It is not about gaining anything becuase these qualities are your inherent right. Healing happens from introspection where you learn to be with the aspects of our pain, suffering and perceived brokenness and to embrace the cracks and in so doing, paving the way to repair. The process is a falling away of the barriers that prevent you from experiencing your deepest potential. In healing, you experience your true essence; where peace, harmony, joy, and happiness reside. Even if it has been hidden for years and there are many painful memories, realizing this absolute truth is possible. You are the doorway through which your life can unfold; knock and enter and begin a new path and experience your deepest potential and all its possibilities!
The holistic approach offers treatment for anxiety or mood, life transitions, parenting, past traumas, grief/loss, substance abuse, childhood & adolescent disorders, or identity issues. If you are interested in aspiring toward your truest potential and are eager to renew or begin your path to obtaining your unimaginable possibilities, please call.
