About me
I am a clinical psychologist with many years of experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, and relationship problems. I am on most health insurance plans.
I am a clinical psychologist in private practice for over 40 years. I have advanced training in self psychology, cognitive behavior therapy, mind-body distress release therapies, and family therapy. Self psychology, cognitive therapy, and mind-body psychology focus on regulating distress states and changing self-identity beliefs that interfere with feeling good self-esteem and feeling harmony within oneself and within relationships. I try to understand each patient from withing their unique perspective and work together to bring about helpful change. For patients wanting to discuss spirituality I have an interest in helping to develop spiritual views that promote emotional health.
