About me
I am a licensed mental health therapist who is passionate about helping others navigate life's most difficult challenges--whether it be addiction, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, entering adulthood, or anything else.
I work with persons from all backgrounds and walks of life, most often with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I have niche, extensive experience working with individuals struggling with pornography and sexual addiction, as well as marital infidelity. I incorporate material from organizations such as Pure Desire and industry experts like Jay Stringer (author of "Unwanted" and "Desire"). Additionally, I specialize in Christian counseling and faith exploration, emerging adulthood (including teenagers), career counseling, grief and loss, and marriage/couples.
I have training and years of experience in a multitude of modalities, including: CBT, DBT, humanistic, existential, systemic, ACT, narrative, positive psychology, inner-child model, spirituality, faith-integration and christian counseling, and more.
