About me
I work with Adults, Couples, Teens and children, along with their parents. Specialty areas include Stress and Anxiety Management, Wellness Education and coaching, and I can work with many insurances, in Ohio, or in other methods more widely.
After over 20 years working in School Psychology, Counseling and Psycho-social education, I have specialized in Stress and Lifestyle Management for Adults, Couples, Teens and kids. I have worked with Anxiety and Panic Disorder, along with depressive disorders and Conflict Resolution. I have learned and taught Wellness and Biofeedback and have many years of experience with Learning Disorders and Psycho-educational testing and interpretation. I have a personal interest in Theater, Organic Gardening and many sports.
