About me
I work best with young adults and adults who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, even when they know better. A lot of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I also work with men who are trying to unlearn the pressure to suppress emotions, avoid vulnerability, or cope through anger. Many come in knowing something isn’t working— they just don’t know how to change it yet.
What brings people in is usually a mix of feeling overwhelmed, tired of repeating the same cycles, or realizing that what used to help them cope isn’t working anymore. In our work together, we focus on building awareness, challenging unhelpful patterns, and creating practical ways to move forward. I help clients slow things down, understand what's really going on beneath the surface, and start making choices that align with who they want to be - not just who they've had to be to survive. If you're ready to do the work, I'm here to meet you there.
