I am an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping people of all ages

I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing difficulty overcoming trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, codependency, abuse, grief and loss, parenting, marriage and relationship concerns, spiritual and religious concerns, or children’s issues.
Having experienced first hand the unique issues and challenges that are faced by others in ministry, I have a passion for working with pastors, those in ministry and leadership, along with counselors and other helping professionals. My management experience as a former owner of a group practice assists me in having a well rounded perspective in all areas of the field and the demands of leadership.
Along with traditional approaches like Cognitive Behavioral and Narrative therapies, I have a certification in Nutrition and Mental health and specialized training in interventions such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Nutrition and Mental Health, Internal Family Systems, Gottman strategies and Play Therapy. I utilize a holistic approach that is consistent with Biblical principles.
