About me
I provide professional outpatient individual, couples, marital and family counseling services to all ages in English and Spanish. I currently have open availability with no waiting list. I prefer in-person sessions, but I am open to connecting via telehealth.

My counseling style is integrative, drawing from Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Reality Therapy approaches. I often focus on building healthy communication skills and strengthening relationships. I believe that each person is shaped by the many systems they are part of, and these influences are explored throughout counseling. I work collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, support informed choices, and empower them to live in alignment with their values and goals. I welcome questions and encourage open dialogue about the counseling process.
