About me
I am a compassionate, experienced mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions while developing healthier coping skills and greater emotional well-being.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you have been trying to manage everything on your own. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, sharing what you are experiencing, and working through challenges at your own pace.
I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist with over five years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, stress, and difficult life transitions. I believe that every person has their own story, strengths, and reasons for responding to life the way they do, and I take the time to understand your experiences rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based strategies to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen your confidence, and make meaningful changes in your life.
You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply ready for something to change, we can work together to identify what you need and take manageable steps forward. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel heard, supported, empowered, and reminded that your challenges do not define you.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater emotional well-being, self-understanding, and a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
