I am passionate about helping other people elevate out of circumstance, trauma, substance use disorder, narcissistic abuse, grief, identity codependency among other issues, to help them mend their soul.

Hope House is a holistic practice that uses different modalities such as music, CBT, IFS, DBT, Trauma-informed, and Jesus to help fulfill my purpose in life. I have a traditional track as well that those we serve can work in. My Intensive outpatient program is powerful in mending the soul from people, places, and things, that keep someone from becoming the best version of themselves. I offer a program called "Mended" that helps individuals pick up the pieces of their soul and put them back together in a mended, stronger version of who they are meant to be. I love learning so i am always taking new courses to better myself as well.

About Me: I love Jesus, music, my baby grandes and my family. I identify as a person who is Recovered from addiction. II Corinthians 5:17 (ESV) states that : therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has past away; behold, the new has come." I am redeemed and restored to sanity thorugh my Lord. I found my identity in the one who made me.
