About me
I enjoy working with teens, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I provide a supportive, compassionate environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Together, we can work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotional regulation, self-worth, and communication skills, as well as other life stressors. My approach is collaborative and individualized, helping each client build practical coping strategies, strengthen confidence, improve relationships, and develop resilience while working toward their personal goals.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and lasting change can occur.
