If you (or a loved one) have been contemplating therapy for a while and just unsure about how to start or who to see, I welcome any questions you might have to help with this process. My work focuses on teens (15+) and adults navigating trauma (singular event or multiple events across time), anxiety-related disorders, life-transition, relationship challenges, depression, and/or sport performance related concerns. These often create other problems like poor sleep and exacerbate existing health-related concerns which I can also help with. However, your issues don’t have to be as serious in order for you to benefit from our work together. You could just have unresolved distress that are now affecting how you interact with yourself and others in ways you don’t like or want. Or you could be a person who normally resolves things on their own but are just stuck and need a little help and insight to get over the hill to a resolution. Whatever your need is, help is available.
