About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming with nearly two decades of experience in clinical practice, supervision, and program leadership.
I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. I also have extensive experience supporting clinicians through supervision and mentoring.
My style is direct yet supportive. I believe in building strong, respectful relationships where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Seeking support takes courage, and my role is to walk alongside you with integrity, compassion, and clarity. Together, we will work to build skills, foster resilience, and create meaningful change.
