Hi, I 'm Danny. Former IT professional turned counselor. I have an analytical approach to therapy. I enjoy helping people understand why their brain works the way it does and what we can do to change it.
I prefer an organic, conversational style. I like to help people see how little changes can make a big difference in their lives. I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but have some training in DBT and EMDR as well. Typically people come away understanding themselves better and armed with skills to make a real difference.
