About me
I have a strong passion for helping others and a knowledge base in drug and alcohol abuse, anxiety, depression, as well as end-of-life care. My nursing background has led me to incorporate evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes and the overall quality of healthcare. My enthusiasm for the medical field has motivated me to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in order to promote wellness within the community and support a diverse population. My goal is to help individuals make meaningful changes so they can reach their full potential.
My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person-Centered approach. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. Through this supportive environment, we will work collaboratively so that you feel valued, seen, and heard.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re carrying things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out—sometimes just having a space to talk and be heard can make a meaningful difference. If you’re considering support, I’m here to listen and walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for you.
