I'm a licensed therapist, with over two decades of experience working with families healing from various forms and severity of trauma. I understand the complexities of healing from the inside out, as individuals, as families and as community. My areas of expertise include treating soul sickness in its various forms. I'm committed to helping individuals identify and overcome obstacles to change and discover their true selves.

As a spiritual warrior, I have a soul calling to support others in finding their way back to Self. I received my training in the culturally rich landscape of Hawaii Island. I have extensive training in multiple modalities in supporting people who have experienced intergenerational trauma and are determined to break the cycles they were born to end.

I have worked in and around the field of addiction for over 20 years and have worked with a large cross section of people who have suffered as a result of their own addiction or the addiction of someone they love. I work with my clients to increase Self-awareness through the exploration of self determination, and the language of the heart.

Being a human does not come with instructions, let me help you write your own instruction manual for you to be your best version of Self. I work with adults, transitional age youth, couples, families and wanting to close a life chapter and open a new one.
