About me
In our sessions, my goal is for you to feel lighter, calmer, and more hopeful. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can let go of your burdens, reflect honestly, and experience genuine growth. You can expect positive, caring, and nonjudgmental feedback that encourages change and healing at your own pace.
Hi there! I’ll be honest—writing about myself isn’t easy because most of my energy goes into focusing on my clients. Whether you’re full of confidence or not, it can feel awkward to try and make a good impression—but here goes! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that everyone is unique and deserves support that fits their individual needs. My approach is solution-focused, helping clients identify underlying causes of distress, work through trauma, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop healthy coping skills.
I earned my degree from California University of Pennsylvania, where I also minored in music. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in crisis intervention, drug and alcohol counseling, and general mental health counseling through individual, couples, telehealth, and group sessions. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, hopelessness, PTSD, or simply adjusting to life’s challenges, I’m here to help you find balance and relief.
I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, eating disorders, social anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. My greatest strengths are in helping adults navigate boundary issues, improve communication, manage anger, and replace unhealthy coping patterns with skills that support long-term well-being.
