About me

You appear capable and composed, yet beneath the surface you may feel anxious, disconnected, or overly self-critical. I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who are thoughtful, introspective, and often spiritually curious. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness to help you understand emotional patterns, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we move beyond coping toward genuine self-acceptance, where insight becomes compassion and inner peace feels possible.

I’m a therapist who believes that real growth happens not through self-fixing, but through understanding and befriending every part of who you are. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, caregivers, or creatives who appear confident and successful outwardly, yet quietly struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion. They’re reflective and self-aware, but often live with a harsh inner critic or a sense of disconnection from themselves and others.

In our work together, we explore the gap between how you appear and how you feel. You may hold yourself to high standards, overanalyze interactions, or feel pressure to stay “put together.” I create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and learn to listen to the parts of you that have been silenced by busyness or fear. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your whole experience — intellect, emotion, and spirit.

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the inner parts that drive perfectionism, self-doubt, or avoidance. Through mindfulness and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to recognize when your nervous system is activated and use grounding tools to return to balance. This integrative approach allows both emotional insight and nervous system regulation to unfold naturally.

My clients are often spiritually curious — they sense that healing involves more than the mind. Whether through reflection, nature, meditation, or meaning-making, we can explore how spirituality or intuition can support your healing process in ways that feel authentic and grounded. I hold space for both the analytical and intuitive aspects of your experience, helping you cultivate inner alignment rather than inner conflict.

Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. I’ll guide you toward deeper understanding, but I’ll also walk beside you as we explore your story together. Sometimes we’ll work cognitively — mapping thoughts and behaviors. Other times, we’ll work emotionally or somatically — noticing sensations, tension, or longing that reveal what words cannot. Together, we create an environment where your system learns that it’s safe to feel, safe to rest, and safe to be fully yourself.

Clients often tell me that therapy feels like learning a new language — one of compassion instead of criticism, curiosity instead of control. Over time, you’ll begin to recognize the protective parts of you not as obstacles, but as signals of care. By building a relationship with your inner world, you can shift from reactivity to intentionality, from striving to stillness, and from anxiety to authenticity.

My goal is to help you integrate your emotional, psychological, and spiritual selves into a cohesive whole — where insight leads to peace, and awareness becomes self-compassion. Whether you’re managing anxiety, burnout, or a sense of spiritual restlessness, our work is about creating space for you to return home to yourself.
